Would anyone be interested in doing buy-ins for raffles? There's a high quality app ( http://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/5963-sos34-raffle-system/ ) that we could use, but the cost is $25. If we did buy-ins for prizes occasionally that cost might be offset anyways.

The "Castle Law" as it's known allows people to use force/violence to defend themselves within their homes/property. This guy didn't technically do anything illegal even if it seems grossly unnecessary. My thoughts... [*]It's disgusting how the media is portraying these as "good and popular" kids. Read the article above, those two words are used dozens of times. News flash, "good" kids aren't addicted to drugs and don't break into people's homes to rob them multiple times. And "popular"? What the fuck does that have to do with ANYTHING? It's used as if them being popular is more reason that we should be outraged over it, like this would be "better" somehow if they were unpopular. [*]If the story the guy told is true, he's as dumb/crazy as fuck. Crazy for obviously slaughtering teenagers regardless of the circumstances, and dumb for making himself look guilty as hell by telling this eccentric kill-story as if he was hunting deer. Then he staches them in the basement for days? Something smells fishy. It makes for an interesting legal case even if it is extremely unfortuante.

Probably should have added this since it's like half of the amazing in this video, but one guy did every sound in the video with his voice. That's not the actual Lion King song he did (obviously), but it demonstrates how he does it better than the Circle of Life video (which is just the result).

I don't see why people think making threads is difficult. Make a topic on any current event / interesting thing that comes to your mind and you could probably make a couple a day easily. With that said spammy threads are frowned upon.

The Moderator position for the video game forum would be much more involved than Content Team (assuming CT does 1 article/week). It's sort of related to my upcoming site project, so if I can get to that in the next few months we probably won't really need a sole Moderator for that forum.

Well, yeah. I more or less meant AC multiplayer is too inactive to do much with it.

ACIII is not a game that requires anything close to the in-depth guides and what-not that Skyrim does, though. It's really a game you just play linearly. There's also no multiplayer so I don't really know what we could offer for it other than forum threads discussing the plot. Dragon Age III would be a good game as long as it's not a steaming pile of shit like DA2. But really, if you have a lot of knowledge about ANY game people should be writing guides on it. We're a gaming site, and super in-depth coverage of specific games isn't really the aim. I doubt we'll be as involved any game as much as we were in Skyrim ever again. Well, maybe the next TES game.

The next one I plan to work on is a site users post various deals they find in physical/online stores. Since it's possible to earn commissions if people are referred from your site I hope it's not just a giant money sink like this one is. If you've ever heard of Slick Deals it's going to be similar. That reminds me, still looking for a Moderator for the Video Game Deals forum.
