  1. Reviews and user feedback have been pouring in since Dragonborn's release a few days ago, and it has been overwhelmingly positive. Eurogamer's Dan Whitehead described it in the following way... It's safe to say that initial impressions have been solid. This may seem irrelevant as the PS3 has been sitting all alone in the dark corner of Bethesda's basement with nary a scrap of DLC in sight. Don't despair, there is hope! After months of anguish PS3 users have finally received an explanation from Bethesda. It may not be a solid time-table or release date, but at least we can say with some confidence that it will arrive on the PS3. Eventually, anyways.
  2. You do know how strong a gorilla is? They're 400 lbs of muscle. He could crush the armor with the knight inside it. Ape =/= monkey. L2ape. I personally think the Gorilla would charge, and the man would be done as soon as the gorilla gets within reach. The knight would have one stab before the gorilla crashes into him with all of his momentum, dead or alive. At that point it's a matter of whether or not the blow the knight got in before he was killed is enough to be a mortal injury to the gorilla after blood loss.
  3. Dat avatar. If you lose the wooden mask it will eventually respawn in Labyrinthian along with the note. I think. It is very possible to lose it forever, though, depending on how you lost it. If it's not back in Labyrinthian you're probably out of luck.
  4. https://www.youtube.com/ Very Facebooky. The non-centered thing is hilarious. Is there anything awful besides that?
  5. Think I answered Fergal's request for a hovering "New Content" button. Go to the home page, scroll down a bit, then mouse over the fixed bar at the top. Is that what people wanted?

Yeah, you need to hover over it to stop it from disappearing, but that's the idea. Having it there all the time takes too much screen space, so it will reappear when you mouse over the main navigation at any place on the page. The sticky menu design is based of IGN with my own modifications. The idea of the disappearing sub-menu was from them too, but I coded it using CSS instead of some script they have.

Well, why not put the New Content button beside Store and remove it from the bottom. Then you could remove the scrolling bottom part. Again, just an idea.

The top wouldn't be even. Also view new content isn't consistent with the rest of the menu since they're apps/sections of the site.

  6. Delete the "s". The music for the Ocelot boss was fantastic, I even have it in my Itunes somewhere. I hadn't played any MGS games before that so I really didn't have a great idea what was happening in terms of fan service.
  7. From what I can tell you're trying to embed videos with an https:// link, which won't work. The real question is why you're browsing youtube with an "https secure connection" as if Rick Astley is going to jump out of your screen and punch you in the nuts.
  8. How the fuck can you rank Sephiroth as a top fight... in Kingdom Hearts?! What about, I don't know, the actual game he was in? FF7? The greatest game of all time? Kingdom Hearts is just a stupid parody of something that was absolutely iconic. I mean, that mother fucker has not one... BUT TWO themes based on him as a villain alone that have appeared in multiple games and movies. Most epic villain theme of ALL TIME. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rV40ypje7o OF ALL TIME. Hearing that 8bit music still makes me shit my pants whenever I hear it. Then people tell me about how Cloud and fucking Goofy are deyr best team evars in Kingdom Hearts. I got off topic. Here's his other theme. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aED7sQK5YYI All Nintendo bosses are overrated kiddy garbage. Bite me. The final MGS4 fight was my least favorite one in the entire game. The one where I laid under a truck in the snow trying to snipe the running wolf was my favorite. That boss scared the fuck out of me IRL. Plus I had just purchased that sniper rifle that's a modified anti aircraft fun so using it was hilarious. Ornstein and Smough was hard as fuck. Only boss in that game that beat me numerous times. Minus points because I lost Ornstein's armor by killing the wrong one first, though.
  9. I LOVE FAILING ORGO 2 EXAMS. Christmas break started two weeks ago.

  10. http://eldersouls.com/_/skyrim/new-skyrim-dlc-dragonborn-official-r96 TES Online is the multiplayer game you're thinking of, and that's a different game, done by a different developer. Basically the only thing TES and the multiplayer game will have in common is the universe.
  11. Dragonborn, Skyrim's much anticipated expansion, will be releasing tomorrow (December 4th) on the Xbox 360. On the eve of the release, Bethesda announced that the PC and PS3 versions of the game can be expected to arrive in early 2013.The official announcement is as follows... It's yet to be seen whether or not Dragonborn is actually one of Bethesda's "most ambition add-ons ever," but the DLC will retail for $20. This is the same price Dawnguard was released at, and $10 below Oblivion's Shiving Isles expansion.Bethesda still has not commented on the status of Hearthfire and Dawnguard on the PS3; perhaps that could be the upcoming news in 2013? Skyrim's most recent patch, version 1.8, was rumored to prep the PS3 for future DLC releases.Click here to view the article

    Movie of the Year

Between TDKR and The Avengers. I can't decide. ....Eh, I'll go with The Avengers just because of the TDKR cop fiasco.
  14. I congratulate you, Blexun, on achieving 2 public facebook likes on an image related to something as nerdy as Skyrim.
  15. Is the menu that scrolls with you on the main page useful or annoying?

There's one right under it at the top? Or do you mean one that scrolls with it?

For the scrolling bar of course. Just a thought.

  16. I know everyone probably thinks that I play(ed) Skyrim a ton because I wrote so many guides and what-not for it, but I haven't touched it in ages. Spending so much time answering questions in the help forum kind of burned me out from it and I don't think I've actually played it since like April. If the PS3 DLC ever comes out I'll probably get back into it for awhile.

  18. Two days. Two applications. Cons missing for 8 days. What to do...

  19. I thought you were going to forget about it this weekend, but you didn't disappoint as usual.
