I can totally understand that, It really bugs me that we have something that needs council to vote on, which has been up for almost a month, and we have no result from it yet since only 2 of us have voted. (I don't want to go into specifics and I don't want to have a go at the other council members I'm sure they have their reasons...Thats life)I also feel really bad I haven't been more active, but it will only be for the next few weeks and then when i'm done with exams I have over nearly 3 months break so yeah...

I voted "depends on subject" but for most sites (especially for gaming like this site) I prefer dark.

Could be a good thing, it might take the pressure off a bit and get people to start from the basics (and having no fm or smithing plots will make it a lot easier to reach the other goals.

Borderlands 2

Borderlands 2 was a much anticipated sequel to the 2009 role-playing shooter, Borderlands. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't yet played it, in fact I haven't yet played Borderlands, but from everything I've heard everyone who has played Borderlands 2 has thoroughly enjoyed it (well except for this guy, which squishyman made me aware of.) 5 DLC packs will be made available in the next few months, with all packs available before June 2013. Its rating on IGN is 9 out of 10. The release of Borderlands 2 has even been speculated to have contributed to the 125% leap in sales for video games this week.

Dead or Alive 5

Again, unfortunately I haven't played this or any of the other games in the franchise, so I'll keep this short. Dead or Alive 5 has been said to be the best in the series with more focus put into the fighting and gameplay rather than on the hot chicks, which obviously are still an aspect of the game.

A lot of those original arguments could be applied to being a veterinarian and no one for a moment would ever think of that as a sport. Like you said it doesn't mean its not hard, but not everything that's difficult is a sport.

I don't know what Ecology is.

Its basically the science of the environment. We're basically going sort of near the desert and setting up insect traps to pin them and determine population sizes etc.

Time can be changed, I just wanted it as late as possible since even this is 7am for me.

Date: 4th of October

Schedule:

• [*]We'll start at Draynor Village, near the bank (World 8, F2P). And woodcut for a while, anyone who doesn't have a Toy Kite can get one here.
  [*]Then we'll run over to the clan camp and recruit there for a little while and anyone who doesn't have a clan vex or cape can get one.
  [*]Then we'll home teleport to Edgeville (assuming everyone has the lodestone activated)
  [*]Then we will head over to the GE and recruit there for a little while.
  [*]Then we'll use the vex to teleport back to the clan camp and we'll recruit there for a little while before switching to World 9 (P2P)
  [*]I'll grab the clan avatar from the citadel then I'm not really sure what to do from there, but we can easily work it out in game.

Dependant on the time of day, there are quite a few people in the clan chat. However, not everyone is so forthcoming in terms of saying a simple hello.I do remember a time when a person would get online, and the chat would be full of "Good morning "x"" or "Hello "y""Happy happy days. In my opinion, anyone who uses the forums, and reads this post, should try and spread the word of "simple greetings"!

Yeah, this is something I always try and do, and its such a simple thing that will make the clan more enjoyable for everyone.

I think we have 104 active members at the moment, but all at different times.

I suppose you simply need more members for that to happen regulary, which this is for right?

Yeah, I thought I'd actually posted a comment saying that's why we needed to improve recruiting.

In theory.

Any recruitment runs i have done have gained 3-4 members, with none of them sticking around or using the forums.

Still, im all for taking part my friends.

My hope is also that people who participate in this will get a feel for recruiting and if they enjoy it or find they are good at it they might apply for a diplomat position.
