Back when I was younger, my voice sounded a LOT lower to me. It was dreadful when I heard myself on recording and heard my squealing little kid voice. When I hit puberty, my voice sounded higher to me. Once again, I hated it when I sounded like some sort of monster on recording. At this point, my voice once again sounds lower to me and higher on recording, though the difference is smaller than it used to be. I've tried to get used to it, though the sound still makes my ears hurt somewhat.

Okay, so I listened to all of your advice except for illusion, because I feel like it will offer great options for quick escapes and distractions. I also got rid of all my light armor perks. I won't need protection if I'm not getting hit very often. With these revisions, I can get all the perks I want at level 53.

I know that speed depends on height, but this was referring more to Bretons. Male bretons are taller than female bretons. And yeah, I have a hard time imagining the ultimate warrior as a female as well, but I didn't want to say so because the community seems to think I'm a misogynist, for some reason. As for magicka, the main thing I plan to use it for is invisibility, and maybe a means of escape if everything goes wrong. I hear 200-250 magicka should be enough for this. Are you sure I should do the magicka reducing trick instead? I want to save those enchantment slots for other things. Hold on, I'll list all my perks in the next post.

(Breton for general magic resistance, Orc for Berserker Rage assassinations, Dark Elf to offset vampire fire weakness) What gender should I be? (Females get more out of the Agent of Dibella bonus, males run faster and are more immersive to play as, since I am a guy) What should my Magicka/Health/Stamina ratio be? Magicka is for illusion spells, health is if I get caught, and stamina is for my bow.

I'm sorry to tell you this is a common bug, no matter who your spouse is, and unfortunately, there is no known fix as of yet.

I have searched in hopes of not disappointing you, but unfortunately, no. If you've lost the note, or if it glitched and never appeared, you need to either reload an earlier save (which you don't have) or give up on becoming Thane. You MIGHT be able to become Thane if you give Riften to the Imperials, though I am not 100% sure on this. If you're willing to consider this option, I can confirm.

I apologize for my delayed response. My internet broke down. Yes, it is a note, and it is called Shipment's Ready.

Just buy iron ingots and leather strips, and smith iron daggers whenever you can. You should reach lvl 100 smithing at about lvl 30, which is when you reach lvl 100 in your primary weapon and armor skills, anyway, so you won't be making yourself too overpowered. Well, smithing is an overpowered skill in and of itself, but you get my point.

Have you done the quest The Forsworn Conspiracy yet? If so, there is a common bug that makes certain quests, including Compelling Tribute, impossible, because of the aggressive Markarth guards.

Tell me this, did you clear out the warehouse before the quest was given? If so, let's hope you have an earlier save, because for some reason, clearing the warehouse before the quest prevents the note from spawning when you actually do the quest. If you didn't clear out before the quest, make sure that the note isn't in your inventory. For me, personally, the book section can get quite cluttered with notes. If the note is in your inventory, put it back in the bag and take it out again. From my research, one of these is the bug you have probably encountered.
