Yes, you just have to connect to the internet via PSN or Live. The patch will begin automatically after you're connected and then start the game. -

Yeah, Brynjolf should tell you to talk to Maven Blackbriar which keeps the quest moving forward. I believe that was one of the quests fixed in the 1.04 patch. If your game isn't updated, download and install the patch, and then let your game run for ~15-20 mins. The quest should start automatically (or you may have to initiate dialogue again, I'm not positive as I didn't have the issue personally). Per the wiki: Welcome to the site by the way. Let us know whether or not this resolves your issue. If not, we'll try to help you out by trying some alternative method. -
Don't do cooking or combat. Do skills that are slow or expensive, like slayer, prayer, summoning, construction, etc. Cooking is ridiculously fast and cheap in comparison. Pretty sure you can damn near break even in costs while getting like 800k exp/hr unless you're F2P (which is still fast).

I don't really specifically try for trophies. You have many more platinums than I do though. My PSN is Wolverine408 if you want to compare; sorry I can't recall what I've unlocked.

Yeah, that's actually bothered me on multiple occasions too. The next version of IPB is supposed to come out sometime this week. If it's not automatically changed, I'll look into manually doing it.

I never believed it would end with Halo 3. Since when do companies end series these days when they should, while there's something to be milked? As soon as the 2nd gen Halo series (Wars or what-not) started coming I figured that they'd slowly die out because of low quality. This seems like an attempt to jump-start it again. Without Bungie though, meh.

I began as a mage, but quickly turned into primarily melee once I discovered how weak magic is at the very beginning of the game (though it does get better).

You have no idea how often "p****" shows up there, haha. "How to hide your p****" (redacted so I don't worsen the issue) is another, uh, frequent result... And it's going to be worse now that I've sort of said it.

The chances must not correlate with the size of the wedges. The red - or "rare" item - wedges would be hit more often if it were relative, in my opinion.My best is 10k.
