It's not even close there; even the "cool/powerful" pokemon come out looking like fruits. Digimon also has a story that's a billion times better, even though I don't remember it. It was the generic saving the world bit I believe, though this is still better than "DEFEAT THE GYM MASTERS CAUSE CATCH EM ALL LOL."Pokemon is also too hunky-dorey. Everyone loves each other and the only plot element is HUG ME BECAUSE WE'RE FRIEEEEENNDS.Yeah, but the games weren't even close to as fun. Omega Dragon Warlord Posted July 9, 2012 Report Share Posted July 9, 2012 Digimon was okay, but IMO it sucked largely because Digimon were classified for being good or evil, whereas in Pokemon even your Dark-types are not evil as there's no such thing as a good or evil Pokemon (and it didn't help the only decent Digimon were often considered "evil" anyways such as Metalskullgreymon).My favorite Pokemon include Charizard, Arcanine, Mewtwo, Umbreon, Tyranitar, Salamence, Rayquaza, Zoroark, & Zekrom. Other honorable mentions are Pidgeot, Kingler, Rhydon, Gyarados, Espeon, Steelix, Houndoom, Mightyena, Groudon, Garchomp, Braviary, Reshiram, [black] Kyurem, and Genesect.
