    I know there's a similar (the same?) bug that causes the quest to skip to the Ralis confrontation. You find that Ahzidal has already been killed by Ralis, who was incorrectly marked as hostile to draugr prior to your appearance. Have you tried interacting with Ahzidal's corpse? It sounds to me like he's already been killed, as would be expected with that bug. If this is the case, all you need to do is loot him and continue on as normal. Note that Ahzidal's corpse will be an ash pile that contains the mask and some other miscellaneous items. There will also probably be dead draugrs around.

    There's a wooden table opposite to the gauntlet (the hand you mention) that has a book called The Midden Incident Report and an Investigator's key. The book contains directions to find the rings. You should take the key as well; it will be useful.

    When you're looking at your Steam Library where all of your games are listed, right click on Skyrim and then select properties on the menu that pops-up. On the next menu, select the Local Files tab and then hit Verify Integrity of Game Cache... Let that run and then see if everything's working. If so, great -- the issue was the missing files. If the problem still persists, you should disable all of your mods, re-launch the game, and see if the issue is resolved then. If so, there was an issue / conflict with one of your mods. You can then go through your mod list and disable one at a time to find the specific culprit. Let me know if the above works or not.

    It will have essentially the same effect as gaining a normal level, i.e. you will increase your armor rating and take less physical damage. I think unlocking perks is one exception to that general rule, otherwise I don't know what would be causing your issue.

    I don't think the potion-boosted skill levels will count towards unlocking a perk. You probably have to actually have that level without any fortifying effects.

    So I'm assuming the settings are all normal? You can upload the image from your computer to Imgur and then post a link to it here. If you have an account here, you can also just hit "More Reply Options" and then "Choose Files" when you're posting a reply. You then browse your computer's files and select the screenshot. It will appear as an attached thumbnail like what's below this sentence.

    These are all settings that can be toggled. Have you checked the settings to see if these were changed? I know you said you didn't change anything, but something else might have toggled it. If your controls are inverted / mapped differently that might also explain why you can't move the camera back to its correct position with the normal button. Check to see what button the camera adjustment is mapped to under control settings. I remember someone dealing with a camera issue that sounds similar in my memory, but I can't find the thread right now (hell, I could be wrong). Do you know how to take and upload pictures so we can see what exactly the camera is doing?

    Do you have the PC version? If so, you can easily fix the problem using console commands. If you have the 360/PS3 version, you're probably out of luck, unfortunately.

    Double slice move? So I'm assuming you're talking about power moves with dual-wielded daggers? Possibly related note: the effect only lasts 15 seconds. Any attacks / moves you do outside of that window won't be sped up. This is probably obvious to you, and I doubt it's the explanation for your problem, but it may help people who happen upon this from Google in the future. I'm sorry for my confusion. Your english isn't bad, but I'm having a hard time with what you've explained since I don't use this shout much. Tomorrow I should be able to load up my own game and experiment a bit myself so I can better see what should / shouldn't be happening.
