I like letting the artist make most of the decisions. Just some normal stuff that says "The Rebelz" or "The RuneScape Rebelz" along with "Community Clan" somewhere. Heck, do something else if you want. I'm sure you have better ideas than I do!

I NEED feedback on the tiers though, such as the awards for IRC lines / post count. Awards should make people want to go out and do things they otherwise wouldn't to get (like using IRC), and should be rather easy (but not too easy) to collect.

We've had 22-24 last time I checked. Expect that to decrease when the novelty wears off though, which by tier 5 it will have.
