We want the ranger cap increased to 3, and no attack first rule. There's no point to attack first rules at all. Whoever can get the first pile organized first can get it.

It would make sense. Perhaps sub-forums under General Discussion? I don't think they'd get as many threads as the other main forums, although they're significant topics.
