That's a known bug with the quest, and I can't really offer a 100% fix.From the wiki: That will help you if you actually get stuck in the mine. So far I haven't found a legitimate fix for the bug, but I'd probably just kill the guards in the temple. There shouldn't be anyone around to see you, so you shouldn't receive a bounty. Yes, you have to show up for the marriage at the correct time. Between "dawn and dusk" essentially means anytime the day after you schedule the wedding with him I believe. Haha, that's what's so great about speculating on ridiculous unfounded rumors. I imagine that it would be set in the present TES 5: Skyrim time, which is ~200 years after your adventures in Oblivion. I don't know if I really like the idea or not, though. Up to where I'm at in the game (about 60 hours and most major quest lines complete) I've actually yet to use a horse. I just used them once on a friends file and couldn't be assed to ever bother with them again.
