Recruit - Given to muted player instead of kicking them | in-game recruit

Maybe I didn't completely understand this before, which is an epic fail because it makes recruiting a little different... Please confirm, so I can let recruits (potential new and current ones) know to register asap or they can't talk. Which is silly, but I understand its purpose during that small chance when people may get unruly.

I changed permissions to allow Recruit rank to talk in cc because a new member + a current member both PM'd me and were confused, and I honestly hadn't a clue about this.

I think we could try to kick back old school, If I remember right when I first joined I had t get 3 referrals, sign up on the website, and post an application before I could join. Now I see people getting invited into clan before they even realized that we have a website... bring back the damn near week long application so by the time people get accepted they feel like they earned it. =D

Events are posted: a) on the calendar on their own unique thread c) in the newsletter (all that have been planned at that time it is published)

Maybe we could try to remember to bump event thread on the forums like a day or two before and just say "This event is tomorrow, please have necessary items ready," or something like that. (don't want to spam)

I think everyone will also benefit from EC & Staff reminding the CC the next day's event, just for people who don't have access to the forum for different reasons. They could announce the event a couple hours before its set to begin, also an hour before it begins, etc.

RS doesn't recognize capital letters in pw.Also, shields are lame, get a dragon defender from Warrior's Guild (gotta work your way up through the different defenders), then you'll be set for combat activities.You have a nice Fishing level, can make a bit of money there.

I've replied before w/ what I thought seemed logical. Why not make all Staff+ responsible for CC Mod duties (keeping the peace/kicking, etc) if there isnt a cc mod online?If youre getting rid of the rank altogether, thats going to happen anyways. But if you keep it, CC Mods will be the *main* peacekeepers. On my phone, I'll be home tomorrow, maybe post more..
