Yeah, that can be frustrating. There's really not much else they can do to determine who is the "most deserving," though. We'll see, they might surprise us. If a faction conquerors the Imperial City, its top player is crowned the sole Emperor of Tamriel. Source. The Emperor even acquires unique perks and bonuses apprently, though I'm not sure what they are. Cool tidbit. I can't imagine what the competition is going to be like for that; it would be insanely cool to be the sole Emperor over all of the other players.

Did you check the lock to see if you completed the pre-reqs? If so and the quest has initiated, what step are you on in your journal?

It is a pretty buggy quest, even after the updates. If you left the city with Ulfric, the Civil War quests won't affect it. There are some pre-reqs to start the quest, which include visiting the city at least 4 times and these following conditions. [*]Enter Windhelm through the main gate, docks, or fast traveling between 7pm - 7am. This triggers the graveyard scene. [*]Tova Shatter-Shield and Arivanya need to be alive. If Hjerim's lock is "key required", you haven't met these requirements. Otherwise the lock will be a normal master lock. I'm just mentioning all this because it jumped to my mind when you said you had to steal the key to the house. Viola also isn't a part of the quest until you've done several steps, so it's not alarming she won't respond yet. After the murder scene (which you may or may not have seen, but check the way I mentioned above), Jorleif starts the quest.

I have no idea why this movie is so highly rated / reviewed... It's average in my opinion. It's a fairly typical weird ass Tarantino movie, which is why so many hipsters must love it. The trailers made it out to be some sort of sarcastic comedy. It had a few funny lines I suppose, but anything with that much death based on the holocaust or Jews in WW2 is going to have its "lol" limits... Plus it's listed as a Drama / War movie. I really enjoyed Christoph Waltz, his dialogue was phenomenal. Everything else was just sort of "meh" though. Not bad, not great. Does anyone have any thoughts? I remember leaving the theater confused as hell, and it wasn't because the plot was confusing.

Ah, I suppose that makes sense. I still think you should rename it something more specific what you're aiming for along the "spell archer" lines, though, to help people find this build via search. Unorthodox is a good general description here but it could mean pretty much any hybrid build, so less people looking specifically for this type will find it.

Nope, it's Elder Scrolls "Online". They have a section in their FAQ with that question. They do make sure to highlight that there will be plenty of solo content available for those that prefer it.

You also need to have at least started the quest that follows the Way of the Voice, The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller. Or maybe that needs to be completed as well because that's when you're given the title Dragonborn - I'm not positive. Other than that, I don't really know what to tell you. It's not really a super common problem (although others have reported it), so I don't know of any sure-fire fix. Make sure your game is updated, and make sure the Dragonborn DLC is activated.

It's why it didn't work when you started the new game, though. As for your other files, how long have you waited in-game for the cultists to appear? Sometimes it takes a bit and you can use the in-game "wait" feature, or fast travel around a bit, to speed things up. If it's still not working you should double check to make sure you installed it correctly, and redo it if necessary.

You need to complete The Way of the Voice before Dragonborn starts.

Why all the magicka / fortify destruction when you only take it to level 70? Also, I think you should rename it. Assuming you're using orthodox as "unoriginal" or "typical" I don't think it really fits the build with the archery / sneak.

You have to play it online, its just that the main quest and many others can be done solo while you're online.You'd miss out on the player-player interaction component, which is sure to be a huge part of the game since its an MMO

Just finished the Races page, let me know how the format is. It would be great if someone who was knowledgeable on the lore could proofread some of this stuff, because I'm certainly no expert. The race page, as of now, just contains a fairly light description that's based off of the official race teasers; I expect we'll have dedicated pages to each race when more ESO-specific information comes out.
