You can easily achieve more in 1/3 as many levels doing it than if you just randomly level as soon as possible.

Thanks for the links, and I suck at leveling, cause for most rpgs, I like to get money and a couple levels before I go threw the main storyline, and this one i just cannot get a enough skills up before I level, now I know why (efficient leveling). thanks.

You'll want to get to level 17 so you can get transcendent sigil stones from the oblivion gates. Then you'll be able to enchant your armor/weapons with the best/most-powerful enchantments.Dark Brotherhood quest-line is easily the best in the game. Mage Guild is also necessary if you plan on being a mage at all.

I plan on being an archer (just like my rs char ) and use mage a little like paralysis and such that more helps my archery, should i do mage guild?

yes, mage guild master can create own spells/enchantments, which is very useful

for duplication: get some scrolls, you can start with 10+ and it's fine...or even 3 or 2 equip the scrolls, go straight to whatever you want to duplicate.. and drop it. exit the inventory and they will all drop onto the floor in whatever number of scrolls you had.Note: good idea to duplicate alot of scrolls. then duplicate alot of potions etc for awesome gaming time!

And is there a place like house to put me stuff?! I'm full from alchemy ingredients that I don't wanna use yet.

I have beat oblivion and the shivering isles expansion twice. You can buy a house in any city in which you can store stuff that will never disappear. IMO, Mages guild is probably the most rewarding guild.
