If anyone is interested, you should really watch Vice's "Inside North Korea" documentary (available on Youtube). It shows how screwed up they really are.

 

They are no threat to the United States at all. The reason people worry is that they could start a larger conflict involving other countries such as China or Iran.

I voted for option 2, considering it's the closest to what I believe will happen. I think Kim-Jong-Un, or one of his successors, won't be able to take the heat from the UN and will move toward a more capitalist approach to government.

I don't think China will be a problem as the US is one of/the largest trader in commerce with them.  

 

Iran on the other hand is almost as unpredictable as North Korea

Lets just hope Blue Speed isn't deployed on the NK-SK border. It will be a shit show there. I don't think anything else will occur anywhere else as their Missiles barely get off the ground. Maybe they will attempt to launch a "satellite" and it will malfunction over their capital and take care of themselves.

if it was just NK and America, USA would easily win within a month. The only concern is if other countries join NK but lets be realistic. The combined might of USA Canada Great Britain and their allies is unreal.

Which countries would join them? China wouldn't risk it's biggest trading partner. The only country i can think of is Iran.. only because it would give them a reason to attack Israel.
