Fergal Posted November 21, 2011 Report Share Posted November 21, 2011 This has already been explained I'm sure.The mentor program is when someone joins TRR, a mentor is there to teach them everything they need to know about TRR; help them make friends etc.Of course, we have no actual mentor rank, so anyone is allowed to volunteer and just help people anyway, so it's not much of a proper program.
