    hes got a point... make people feel like theyve worked for it..so they deserve it... better sense of a community. more of a brotherhood per say. youd no doubt be able to keep people better. the only issue would be motivating the recruits to join. but that would prolly just make eveyones head explode... too many moving parts and all

    im having same issues. system update or w/e kicked me off... been off line since. first the game wouldnt even load, now its: login, split second of 'menu' and back to login screen. nice update, jagex..and look at that, i close the tab. try to open a new one, and it wont load again

    well, if youve ranked someone above cc rank of admin, i trust youve thought of the action and trust said individuals... and at that rate, any discussion beyond that is you not trusting your original gameplan. if someone sub admin wants ability to boot in cc, apply for something. it aint gonna kill ya

    i dont understand the mechanics ofthe ranking system as ive never played with it. but look for volunteers for the extra 'duty' and pick the amount and people you feel work?

    erm.. shouldnt it have been discussed between council and what not and then put into effect? i mean.. ranking system is ranking system. tbh, noones gonna be treated any different just because they have a different symbol next to their name. or is this all about abilities in CC? if thats the case, equal abilities? why not?
