I spammed about the event, asked everyone nicely to show up, essentially bribed with 2 mil in the treasure chest in the house, upgraded everything so it's not the same old house you always visit, made it a time everyone could show up, postponed it another hour again so people had a better chance to show up. Nobody showed up to the event. The event didn't even happen because everybody told me in advance they weren't coming. Some had legitimate excuses, like being F2P or a slow computer. But the large majority just defiantly refused to show up. To say this was a disappointment would be a massive understatement on my part. I'll see how Pest Control on Thursday goes, maybe the event can actually happen that time.

Upgraded everything in the house to the best (most expensive) it can be. Dungeon is a lot harder now and there's 2 mil in the treasure chest past the steel dragon as a result now. So there's incentive to go through this. Event in 50 minutes.

By request and the hope of a higher attendance, I will move this to October 30th, not 31st. If I can't make it on the 30th for some reason I'll know long before this event is supposed to begin.

I completely agree. I hop if I'm asked to by someone who was already there. But if I've been there a while and then someone steals my kills or resources and is a douche about it, then it becomes an irritating competition. Boss monsters are the worst for this, KBD and the easier GWDs especially, because you often have to hop find a world you can use anyway.

Mining, the only skill I loathe training. Hence why I still haven't reclaimed the quest cape yet. The mining requirement is irritating to me.

It's called furry, it's very unusual but disturbingly common. And disturbing, period...

Somehow I can openly rave about glam rock and disco queens, post public statuses about Barry Manilow being romantic, play a pink Nintendo DS with Pokemon Black in public areas that are very crowded...Yet I can't bring myself to post RuneScape related stuff on Facebook. Somehow that's the one thing I'm afraid will make me a social pariah more than I already am.
