  4. If you purchase ANY product from Amazon's Digital Game Store between now and December 31st, you will receive $5 credit towards one of the games on their Editor's Choice list in January. Now, this may not seem like a deal at face value, but consider the hundreds of cheap DLC options that are <$1 that can net you the $5 credit. On top of that, Amazon is going to be having several deals on the Editor's Choice games starting at the beginning of January. I'll post individual threads for these later, but for now, here are a few examples that have been confirmed. 1/1-1/2 The Secret World - $17.99 ($12.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) 1/1-1/5 Mass Effect Trilogy - 29.99 ($24.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) Kingdoms of Amalur Complete Bundle - 14.99 ($9.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) Medal of Honor: Warfighter- 26.99 ($21.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) Mass Effect 3 - 14.99 ($9.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Version - 19.99 ($14.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) Battlefield 3: Premium Edition - 35.99 ($30.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) Need for Speed Most Wanted - Standard Edition - 29.99 ($24.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) FIFA Soccer 13 - 19.99 ($14.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) FIFA Manager 13 - 19.99 ($14.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) Command and Conquer The Ultimate Collection - 29.99 ($24.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon) Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition - $17.99 ($12.99 after $5 Editor's Choice coupon)

  8. Now this, my friends, is one hell of a deal. Green Man Gaming is offering a direct PC download of the Civilization 5 expansion, Gods & Kings, for $4.49 on 12/30. That's not it, either. If you use the code from the GMG 30% deal I posted a couple days ago, the price of this expansion drops all the way down to $3.15. This expansion's regular price is $29.99, which means you're getting the game for almost 90% off! CODE: GMG30-DPLIM-DN831

  10. I rest my case. Final Fantasy games are a joke now. Meh. More western RPG traffic for us.
  11. Facebook account was locked because someone from Seoul was trying to brute force me. Not sure if he wanted to change my "interested in" to men or make an "i leik dick" status update. Notified the FBI either way.
  12. It's downloadable content (DLC) for Skyrim that allows you to build houses and own property. You get a lot of tasks that have to with that such as defending your home, upgrading it, etc that could count as quests. It's not a full-blown expansion so I'd call it an add-on.
  13. You can get butter by using the churn in your house. I believe the milk just respawns after a few days.

  16. Looking at that image out of context, it's hard to image a background story that's not racist.
  17. Since my PS3 has died and is currently out for repairs I decided to fire up my old Game Cube and play Sims: Bustin' Out. I created a family of 4 nerdy, male, recent college graduates who - through a series of unlikely events - ended up living in a giant house with no furnishings together. Their lives revolve around a sit-com esque series of comical events that see them use their high-powered careers to attempt to conform to social stigmas and furnish their house. So far they've awkwardly held a doomed party in matching robot outfits with nothing but a tesla reactor in the center of their living room. Their next misadventure consisted of them spending all of their money turning their house into a nerdy interpretation of a "hip bar" in attempt to become cool and garner the love of their neighbors. Fortunately after only a few days of work they have enough money to completely tear everything down and rebuild their home in what's sure to be a funny and endearing episode your whole family will enjoy. Premiering tonight on CBS at 7:00PM EST/CEN. Wait, what?
  18. God everything about FF13 is just so horrible I can't help but laugh that they've chosen this universe to make like 5 games on. Very fitting that they destroy 20 years of series tradition on that monstrosity. Then of course right when I think they can't possibly fuck it up anymore they've clearly made XIII-3 into a platformer. LOL RIP Square.
