  5. It can be done in any browser. I added directions for Firefox since it's almost identical. IE, as in most matters, is a complete cluster-fuck regarding this sort of thing. I won't waste my time giving directions; instead, if anyone here actually uses it (doubtful), please stop.
  6. If anyone wants to know what "full width" looks like... [*]Visit this page (or anywhere on this site) with Chrome. [*]This can also be done in Firefox. I'll put additional FF directions as a sub-bullet. [*]Move your mouse out over the Skyrim background image. [*]Right click and select "Inspect Element" [*] Click on <div id="wrapper">...</div> [*]If using Firefox you'll have to hit the '+' button to the left of <body> to see the <divid="wrapper">...</div> [*]Now, in Firefox, hit the "Style" button on the bottom-right. [*]Look over on the right-hand side of the toolbox and find #wrapper { [*]Click on "980px" after width and type in "90%" (or something around there). Here's an image since my directions may or may not make sense... Click to enlarge it. The width of the page is now dependent on your screen size. It probably won't change much unless your screen is 1080p. If it shrinks, disregard, because I would put the width it is currently as the minimum.
  7. Edited and approved it. Interesting read, I'll probably use this guide when I finish up all these little things I've yet to do in Skyrim. I was just wondering, though, what possessed you to write up this guide? Seems kind of unexpected between the article you were planning and your stories. I'm certainly not complaining, though.
  8. Gallery suddenly returns with authority; over 8GBs of bandwidth last week with 3.36 on Saturday. Comics über alles.

  9. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  10. 3edgy5me. You sad, sad man.

  12. It's going to be great when Khajiits are written out of the game in TES: VI and you jump off a building. Also, super disappointed with only two drawings. For shame, guys.
  13. I made this thread just so you would choose Khajiits and I could argue with you. I'd have to go with an Orc as well. Either that or a Nord. Can't take Khajiits seriously and the others are notably inferior physically.
  14. The landscape is actually really cool and unique if you go south of Riften. Falkreath is very different and more "lush" as well. They didn't really have a way to get around the snow since that's what Skyrim is like by definition.
  15. Slenderman strikes again. Interested in hearing how it turns out. Good luck.
  16. I've heard of this bug before. It's actually really amusing to me in the context of the story, but I'm sure it's frustrating to have to deal with. Some people think this happens if you were a vampire when you installed Dawnguard. I can't confirm this, but it does fit your story. At this point, curing your vampirism and trying again still won't fix the issue. Here are some things that will hopefully work. PC Players - Console Commands BEFORE talking to Harkon, open the console with ` (the key to the left of '1') and enter the following console commands... setstage DLC1VQ02 40followed by... setstage DLC1VQ02 180 Talk to Harkon again. He will say that you have forsaken his gift, but will offer it to you again. If you accept it now, you should receive the Vampire Lord power without dying from his bite. Console Players (360/PS3) Go behind a table before getting bitten. He won't reach you in time if done correctly, and the screen should fade to black after a short period of time. Following this, everything should continue normally. Let us know if the above fixes solved the issue. Knowing what's successful will likely help people in the future.
  17. Just finished reading it. It was pretty interesting; what sort of feedback did you get from you school?I still think a series of blogs would be perfect for this sort of story that has the possibility of continuation.
  18. As of April 8th, Bethesda has officially made the 1.9 update available on the 360 and PS3. 1.9 is one of the most substantial updates the game has received to date. 20. I would watch the paint dry if there was any around here.

  21. "coming at the end of March." mfw it's the middle of April.
  22. All time favorite rage comic.
  23. Oh my God. This. This times a million. Wouldn't call it unpopular though. Nah. Most people like Skyrim and the quests more than Oblivion. I've also seen the custom spell issues rarely, if ever, brought up; certainly not as much as the "biggest travesty" deserves. Will never happen because the game will be banned. I think they should just make them less intentionally annoying so that you want to. Since when has justice and whether someone was right ever factored into who I kill? I just run around to random NPC's and base my actions off of the flip of a septim like Harvey two-face. I'm not sure what the "popular" opinion on this would be. I mean, what does that even mean?
  24. Meh, I was 75% of the way done with this thread before I thought about the old one I made. The other is more or less just me pointing out that they are useless in Skyrim. This thread examines their entire usefulness up to this point in the series. Overall I give them a 3/10. Why would they get a 6/10 if they didn't really do much? I never played Morrowind, so I can't really comment, but I'm sure the Emperor had to die in the middle of thirty of them. It's just what happens.
