We need to actually cap and have enough left over first, maybe this will encourage people to work on the citadel though

Yeah sure it would be nice to get one, but we need I believe 3k more of logs per week. We already struggle to get 10 visitors a week to visit...so I don't know how we're going to do it.

I think the 3k log is a one off payment, the upkeep is paid in anagogic orts. (I think you need 300 of them) I could be wrong though.
