Looking good so far, and it's only Saturday morning. Need to raise the limit though bcs I have no doubt that the goals you have set right now will be indeed reached.

The Clan Citadel has leveled to 3
We're upgrading on2 new skill plots 1 new skill plot (kiln) and lvl 3 mining plot and that's all we can for the week. We need the mining plot before the smithing plot otherwise you cant use the furnace plot(smithing) cause you need a certain resource from the mining plot to use the furnace plot(smithing) But we still need 15 people 10 unique visits to maintain the citadel.
Also on another note if you're wonder what it takes to get to level 4 citadel...
20 unique visits for the resource to save towards upgrades
and we need

I guess upgrading it takes more effort and maintain is lessWhy 10 people now and not 15?
upgrades take more resources and maintaining takes less resources
