Question if the kiln for example is already capped and the charcoal goes below the cap must it brought up to the cap again for the upkeep.

1.I do whatever the hell i feel like doing at any given point.2.Otherwise i just level up some non-combat skills equally usually in pairs eg. mining and smithing,Woodcutting and firemaking and fishing and cooking

Just be very active in clan chat on forums and attend as many events as you can and then you might get it ;-)
