i think that increasing a resource tier level either increases the amount of resource you gather each "collection" (you dont get just 1 resource, it can be .73 or 1.56 to go to the cap per collection/exp gain) or it increases the speed of gaining a resource, or both. it does not impact the amount of exp you gain from collecting a resource

this might be a fun event for the members to have, more people hunting might mean more, faster success. have no clue as to times though so i'll leave it to an EC there are more updates for the monkey mania on the forums. the world for the zombie monkeys seems to change around, but will be on a f2p world. they are around lvl 67 and can hit decent if you dont bring armor and its best to bring a weapon. the reward is a medium lamp (members only) they can be found at these locations Varrock Square Lumbridge Castle Edgeville Bank Mudskipper Point Cabbage patch south of Falador Draynor Lodestone for the monkeys they can apparently be on any world but the only documented world is 76. they hide much like penguins do, in the bush or in boxes. since they do roam you will need to check the rs forums for the exact locations. there are 10 locations in all. the friends chat, though often full, is monkey mania

where are you guys getting we need 10 people from? this is from the handbook supplied in the citadel

total lvl 1700+, all levels 50+

pretty sure that resources devoted to a project will all save. only resources that arent devoted are subject to the low save/rollover rate. we should still make a big push though as it can be the differnce between upgrading after next build tick or the week after

getting the resources will be easy but tier 3 takes at least 15 people logging into the citadel every week and we havent had that yet i thought

i'd be for at least maintaining one. from researching it on some help sites it wont be much of a benefit until level 3 but with the increased experiance jagex is going to make, it might be worthwhile for training. and could be something to advertise for new recruits
