Terravilla
I'm having a little trouble getting my signatures to keep the blank background, so it doesn't stay white all the time.As you can see in my signature, I can't figure out how to get rid of the lines around the edge...anybody know how to fix this? David
I'm a GIMP person myself. My images stay transparent on PS, but I don't use it enough to be able to tell you specifically what settings to adjust without seeing what you have going on. Sig is great though, should make some more with a bit added for recruitment purposes.
Stuart
sure, can you give me the .psd...ill take a look in the morning..you should delete the locked background, create a new layer and use an eraser to rub out the white. that should give you a transparent bg.nice sig btw, please do send the .psd. Terravilla
That's what I did Stuart, but for some reason when I save the file as a .jpeg it turns white again, so for my sig I just took the color of the forums and filled in the background with that color, which caused the square lines around the edges... Stuart
looks better, but there are some cut offs at the top and bottom, no biggie though. NICE!any chance on seeing that .PSD?
Terravilla
I know, I'm still editing it, I just stuck a different version on here to see if it worked ok.And sure, as soon as I figure out how to stick a .psd file in here. The mod isn't compatible with our skin, so it looks as ugly as hell, but it should work. I don't know of where else you can upload .psd's. There's no place like photobucket/imageshack that accepts them.
David
If you were having upload issues, it was because I forgot to add the "Moderator" group to those able to upload.I also realized the download button doesn't even appear in the Venom skin if you click on the file (there is one on the main list of all downloads). O_o Just change your skin to IPB Board and it will work.
