It's actually Latin; ante meridiem and post meridiem, but it means the same as you said.

 

 

On topic; I start college this Monday again and next Thursday I'll be giving classes myself again...bleh...

I know that, although now I see how you could have easily thought I meant AM was after mid-night. xD I was just saying it was a time after mid night. :P

It's AM from everything from after mid-night to before mid-day, which is when we all posted xD.

Anyway, on topic, kind of - see much snow this year? Weeks before Christmas this was announced to be Ireland's snowiest/coldest Winter in years, and yet, still haven't seen one snow flake. -_-
