WTF Game Ad

So this ad showed up on my Facebook page...I assume its not what it says it is and just trying to appeal to people by with 18+ and other keywords that don't really go together.
My suspicion that this was some kind of phishing link has now increased. I just saw another ad with again a pretty random description using the same image and a different link.
This picture looks like it was taken from the anime "Kenichi, World's Strongest Disciple" but I'm not sure.

I thought it looked familiar, and I run a fanart group on deviantART so I might have seen the character there. I figured it had been just stolen from an anime it happens all the time.
Ah, eastern games.
