While seemingly a foolish idea now since we rarely ever hit 5, I suspect demand will be greater in the summer. I would have also had to pay $15 to renew the 5-person as it was tied to my board license. I didn't really want to renew the board license, so the alternative was just waiting a month or so without any chat at all. 20 users was $10, so yeah. We'll see I guess. You are truly the admin we deserve, David. 5-person was technically free, but to get it "free" I had to renew the board ( $15 ). I didn't want to do that because when I renew everything else for $105, the date it all expires depends on the date the board was last renewed. So paying $15 now will just make the next cycle a month or so sooner. Should have just left the explanation at "I'm paying $10 more for a 20-user limit we don't need."
