hey i was just walking around solitude when a courier came up to me and gave me a note of inheritance and it said Idolf Battle-born ( don't remember his first name) died and i got one hundred gold for it. Is this for a quest of some sort cause to tell you the truth i don't even remember meeting this guy???

He's involved in the "Missing in Action" quest and in the Gray-mane and Battle-born clan feud. If you tell him your battle-born when you talk to him he'll act like a friend; if you say you're Gray-mane or whatever he won't talk to you.I have no idea why he would randomly die.

My only guess is if his schedule involved him wadering outside, did he get killed by who knows what. Maybe got killed during a fight you started in town. Not real sure.
