Edit: Unsuccessful video embedding was unsuccessful. I guess I'll add a list of fixes to make it look meatier.

I'm going to miss all of the people asking why they can't marry Lydia. The Cornered Rat fix is nice though, since we have 3+ threads on that in the help forum. Oh, and I'm surprised they added superfluous things like kill moves into it when there are so many other bugs. I would have liked for them to boost magic power a bit.Seriously pissed about the smithing change. Don't know if I can be assed to re-write the guides.
