I'm not sure if you're asking a Skyrim specific question or not - you can clarify by adding a response using the field below near the bottom of the page.
Here's a world map; Morrowind is in the Northeastern corner.

If you're talking about the rumored DLC that includes Cyrodil and Morrowind in Skyrim, that has not yet been confirmed or officially announced (if it's even real). We'll just have to wait and see.
