Honestly, I have no idea what kind of game Diablo III is, nor do I know if my computer could run it.So, it's a maybe. Due to a chain of recent events, I decided to give up on console gaming entirely.

Patches are usually made by Bethesda and they do what their name suggest: they patch up the game. They fix issues and improve on current game mechanics.What you are suggesting is a mod: something created by another user and is downloadable to modify the game in some way. These are only obtainable on the Pc. That being said, I'm not sure. It isn't impossible as everything is there, except children of different races. Just look it up if you are really interested in it.

yea i knew about the bear traps it comes in handy and is funny as hell to watch. and i knew about the dark brotherhood ritual.... but the rest of this no i had no idea... especially about the dragon and the lantern... thats a big wtf... haha

I wouldn't do that; you can't remarry even if your spouse dies.

You can train combat on him. His hp regenerates pretty fast, you won't get in trouble for beating your horse (ikr), and you don't have to actively find enemies to fight.

Yes, you can marry Lydia. However, there was a bug that prevented the dialogue so in order to get the option you need to download and install the latest patch (v1.5).

yea xbox is bad for this but i think youll be fine because its ps3 and thats one of their few upsides haha
