Are you playing on the PC or a console?

Mostly everything you need to know about the mod can be found below.
Original Thread: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.p...
Download: http://www.mediafire.com/?uaba1uaxza6... (reuploaded)
Installation: Download the above file and then just simply merge it within your skyrim data folder. Or you can install using nexus mod manager (recommended) To install using NMM:
1) extract the downloaded folder
2) open up and create a new folder called "Data" and move all the folders and files into that
3) so it should be LightningArmor13-2 = Data = Meshes Folder/Textures Folder and esp. file
4) Create a new rar file using the above and then proceed to add it to NMM like any other mod
Codes:
lightning's armor: xx000d66 1
lightning's glove: xx000d67 1
lightning's boots: xx000d68 1
lightning's skimpy armor: xx000d69 1
or you can open console and type: help "Lightning's" 4
Someone had sent me this in a PM. If it was not for that, I would have never noticed ^^ so thanks for that!

Use the following console command.
SexChange
If you're not targeting an NPC / mannequin when you enter it it will change the sex of your character.
-
No reason to reinstall the game for this. Are you sure you haven't just triggered some "voice event" that you haven't heard before? There's only a few generic groans and whatnot in Skyrim anyway.
-
Try fast traveling to a city that doesn't have a wall and see if he spawns with you.
If you're on the PC, you can just type this into the console to teleport to him.
Player.MoveTo 97E1F
-
Are you using some type of voice mod? I've never heard of that.
-
You can't directly command your housecarl to kill your wife. However, as Buttons stated, he will likely join in should you attack her.
Just be aware that if you kill your wife you will not be able to remarry.
-
Mods will easily double how long Skyrim is interesting.
New play-styles are always fun too. I usually do an evil second character and completely change up how I do combat (e.g. bows instead of magic).

^ I wish we had those god damn prices in Europe... Just a quick check from amazon.co.uk, I'd be paying an extra $20 on just the 8350. :/ And much worse on even the cheapest available Sapphire 280x.
Just out of curiousity, which Sapphire card was it, they have a couple of models with a pretty hefty price gap.
I did 100363L, which I believe is the cheapest.

Thought I'd total up you prices if you were in the states and had access to Newegg / Amazon. Didn't take waiting for sales, alternative stores, or anything like that into account; just the current Amazon/Newegg price.

Get Windows 8.1 OEM for ~$90. No reason to get Windows 7 anymore.
There's also a rumor that Windows 8.1 will get a free / reduced upgrade path after 8.2 to 9.
-
What system are you playing the game on?
-
Sonir?
Unfortunately you're not able to change bards in the Hearthfire houses; a specific bard is assigned to each property. You should be able to dismiss her, though. I say "should" because there's a known bug that causes her to stay even after dismissal (but there are workarounds if it comes to that).
-
There's actually a lot that's changed, but you don't really notice until you start using it. A bunch of little things that make everything feel much more modern.
Here's a list of some of the changes. Many of them won't interest anyone, and it's definitely not all-encompassing, but I'll post it just in case anyone wants to see.
-
And also, nothing is showing up in my navigation bar up top.
This seems to be one of the bugs listed on UESP.
The Mzulft map marker isn't added by the quest as the scripting for it wasn't set up properly. Also, Gavros will not be in the entrance to Mzulft to give you the key. Updating the game to a newer version will not solve the problem for existing saved games.
Since you have already entered Mzulft once the second part probably doesn't apply.
Can you double check your quest log and make sure that the current objective is the following?
At Mirabelle's suggestion, I entered the ruins of Mzulft searching for the Synod researchers. I found one man who died, and suggested that more people may be inside something called The Oculory. I should head further into the ruins to see what's going on.
- Objective: Reach the Oculory
A little past the exterior entrance there should be (or should have been) a locked door with a dying NPC near it, Gavros Pilinius, who gives you the key to it. That's the only door I remember being locked.

I have houses on each plot, but my favorite is Falkreath Hold. Putting a deck all the way around really lets you take in all of the scenery.
It's also the most temperate environment. No harsh winters or dangerous swamps.

Just recently opened for guest viewing.
I've been on it for a few weeks and am pretty happy with everything other than the 18+ month delay.

Have you finished both Blood's Honor and Purity? You have to complete both to be able to remove them. However, if after having completed these quests you drop the heads and then pick them up again... They'll be stuck in your inventory.
Here are some notes for those who have not yet completed both witch head quests.
Re-entering the Glenmoril Cave during Blood's Honor makes the Witch Heads droppable. During the Purity quest, in which you must attempt the removal of Farkas and Vilkas's Lycanthropy, you must have one Glenmoril Witch head in your inventory. When the quest item glitch is initiated the NPC's do not recognize them in your inventory and make the quest impossible to complete. To resolve this, simply have your chosen NPC follow you during any of their side quests. Before completion of said quest, go inside of Glenmoril Witch Cave. Finish the quest, re-speak to them and the Purity quest activates, permanently turning all of the Witch heads in your inventory to disposable.
-
At or above level 20, the quest can be initiated by speaking to Silus Vesuius in Dawnstar.

- When completing the subquest to gain Shadowmere, having a purchased horse with you can cause Shadowmere not to appear.
- Shadowmere can be debugged after this happens by fast traveling to the stable of origin of the last owned horse. Shadowmere will appear here for a second and then vanish, and reappears permanently when you fast-travel back to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. If you completed Stabilized in favor of Shadr, Shadowmere will first appear at the Riften stables.
- If you have the horse Frost from the quest Promises to Keep, Shadowmere may not appear and fast traveling back to Black-Briar Lodge stables or Riften stables has no effect. Shadowmere will respawn by the sanctuary pool on your return from Solitude at the end of To Kill an Empire.
Open the console, type prid 0009ccd8 and then moveto player to bring Shadowmere to your location. If this doesn't work, use player.placeatme 0009ccd7 to create a new Shadowmere at your location.
- When completing the subquest to gain Shadowmere, having a purchased horse with you can cause Shadowmere not to appear.
-
Unfortunately this likely isn't something we can help you with since it's dependent on what you've done with the armor. Check your usual storage places. Also, be aware that not all chests and storage places are safe to store items for long periods of time -- most of them actually reset after awhile and delete any stored contents!
-
There are three conditions that must be met to trigger the quest.
- A counter starts at the beginning of the game which will increase each time you visit the city of Windhelm or the immediate surrounding area. When it reaches four, the Blood on the Ice quest will be available.
- The player has to enter Windhelm, either through the main gate, the docks gate, or by fast-traveling, between 7pm and 7am. The graveyard scene should then be triggered and the quest ready to go.
- Tova Shatter-Shield and Arivanya need to be alive.
Since it appears you have met the first two conditions, I'd check to make sure Tova and Arivanya are still alive.
-
Are you using the PC version? If so, open the console and enter the following command.
setstage ms02 10
That should start the next quest, which is right after you are supposed to be arrested.
-
Are you on the PC? If so, hit the tilde (`) key to open up the console, type the following command, and hit enter.
setstage MQ105Ustengrav 60
That will instantly complete the quest.
Max speech glitch (Help! Not working for me! >.<)

Unfortunately that speech glitch was fixed in Skyrim's 1.9 patch.
