Earlier today, ElderSouls.com member ESO_Leaks (special thanks!) posted a tentative version of the racial skills for both the Aldmeri Dominion and the Daggerfall Covenant. The usual reservations about changes between the ESO beta and the game's final release apply, but it's safe to say that we now have a good idea of the direction Zenimax is taking each of the races.

Altmer

Ultimate

  • Highborn – Increase magicka recovery by 100 for 15 seconds.

Passive

  • Destruction Talent – (Self) Increase XP gain with the destruction staff skill line by 15%.
  • Spellcharge – (Self) Increase magicka recovery while in combat by 7.
  • Gift of Magnus – (Self) Increase maximum magicka by 10%.
  • Elemental Talent – (Self) Increase damage done by Cold, Fire, or Shock effects by 3%.

Bosmer

Ultimate

  • Summon Bear – (Instant / Self / 100 Ultimate) Summon a Bear to attack nearby enemies for 15 seconds.

Passive

  • Archer Expertise – Increase XP gain with the bow skill line by 15%.
  • Vigor – (Self) Increase stamina recovery while in combat by 7.
  • Resist Affliction – (Self) Increase poison and disease resistance by 50.
  • Stealthy – (Self) Increase stealth radius by 3 meters.

Khajiit

Ultimate

  • Eye of Fear – (Instant / 36 meter range / 120 Ultimate) Fear target and cause it to take 5% additional damage from all attacks for 5 seconds.

Passive

  • Medium Armor Expertise – (Self) Increase XP gain with medium armor skill line by 15%.
  • **Vigor – (Self) Increase stamina recovery while in combat by 7.
  • **Stealthy – (Self) Increase stealth radius by 3 meters.
  • Carnage – (Self) Increase critical rating for melee attacks by 35 and damage done by successful critical hits by 10%.

**Awaiting confirmation. Likely incorrect due to repeats with the Bosmer racial skills.

Thanks for the vid. Some of those skills that were screenshot cost over 300 magicka to cast. Makes me wonder what amount of magicka someone can expect to have at level 50... Especially if you're not a light armour/magicka-heavy build.

Now just to see which Nightblade tree will keep me alive the longest

A quesion if anyone know, what is the current max on magicka recovery, something like 100?

which would make it the 7 points = 7%  ?

 

I am guess two differant programers worked on the discribtion for racials one using the percent sign %,

example 7% health reg for orcs and another using just the number 7 as stated above for Highborns?

or they have just messed up the skill describtion
