0 David Posted January 7, 2012 Report Share Posted January 7, 2012 You never HAVE to become a vampire, unless you want to do a quest that requires it (there's probably only ~1 in the game, and I haven't even done them at this point).The same thing applies to being a werewolf; you only have to become infected if you're doing the Companion's quest, The Silver Hand.
