Well, they may be with the CC off too....Many many times wen ppl in CC are talknig too much I put the CC off to don't distract while doing something that rquires concentration...

Correct answer.And to the overall topic, it's possible they turned the chat off, talking in public/freind chats (hard to contribute to over 2 chats and do what your doing), maybe they were grinding for the citadel (i would love them if they were doing that). Maybe they're at duel arena (I never speak when I'm dueling too much public going on), maybe their at G.E world 2, or etc.If you really reported them, you may have reported innocent people.

Nobody actually reported anyone.I fail to believe so many people have a reason not to even say hello.It used to be standard practice just to say "hi" to anyone new logging on, even if that was the only context of the conversation. No matter what i am doing, i can ALWAYS find the time to respond to people, even if i am chatting in all 3 chats and posting on these forums.
