How do I get rid of the foggy look?

I've peen playing Skyrim on my PC for about a year and before that I played on the PS3 and my dads PC. When I started playing on my PC I noticed it looked kind of foggy, but it didn't look like that on my dads (We have the same PC). I tried setting fog to 0 and using mods but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

If it's actual in-game fog it's weather dependent. Otherwise you'll just have to go into the Video / Graphics settings and play with the sliders a bit.
