I've always heard it's best to start off with the bad news, so people have something to look forward to. Therefore, let's begin with the game that non-gamers love and gamers hate - Call of Duty!

Call of Duty

This should come as no surprise, but the franchise has recently achieved a billion dollars in sales. Think about that. One. Billion. Dollars. At $60 a pop, that equates to about 16.7 million copies.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, though. Remember when I told you that Modern Warfare 4 was leaked? Well, every friend who I have asked says they do NOT plan on buying it. Does this mean anything? No, but hopefully the series will begin to die down to a level more indicative of its quality.

Pikmin 3

Nintendo has released a rather somber announcement about the Wii U's Pikmin 3. They have delayed it a bit more, which means that the game looks to be released in between April and June.

If you are bummed having to wait even longer for your Pikmin fix, just remember what Shigeru Miyamoto says about game delays...

A delayed game is eventually good, a bad game is bad forever.

Unless it's 2012 and you can patch bugs over some darn-tootin' thing those kids call "the internets." Get off my lawn!

Bioshock: Infinite

To end things, 2K games has recently released the box art for Bioshock: Infinite. Excited?! SO WERE WE.

A number of fans have expressed their disappointment over the box art, saying it looks too generic. More specifically, people are clamoring that it's nothing more than a rip-off of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune.

They have also released a seven second game-play video of the game. Yes, I realize seven seconds isn't much, but it's something, right?

Annnd that's it for this week! See you on the 12th!

Is CoD any good then?  I guess its not, but then again i've never been a CoD fan since they can make 1b, but then NOT pay for dedicated servers.

Who does that?

GoW3 is a more impressive online experience for me, just because it actually has dedi servers, same as BF2, and BF3.

Meh.
