I can't find the item to activate the machine at the end of the Raldbthar Deep Market. Anyone know where it is?

You just need an Attunement Sphere to activate the machine. You can get these from Septimus Signus at his outpost, North of the College of Winterhold.Pretty sure that dungeon leads to Blackreach, which is a huge underground area with, well, a lot of stuff.
