where are some places to find words of power. i killed paarthunax and the greybeards refuse to talk to me so i was wonderoing if there was any way to find shouts plz answer im level 21 and where is the storm call shout

Yep, if anything the majority of the shouts have nothing to do with the main quest or the Greybeards. There will ALWAYS be a wall next to a dragon perch, as flagged as the dragon head on your world map.
