You can sell dragon bones at any General Store. For example, Belethor's General Goods in Whiterun.______You should also consider creating an account here; it comes with several benefits and will also make it easier to post questions and answers. It's completely free! :)

You can sell them or you can take your smithing to 100 and use them for armor.Can't get your smithing to 100?Try spending money on iron ingots and leather strips (or make them by mining ore and killing animals for leather) then make a bunch of iron daggers.
