Correct answer.And to the overall topic, it's possible they turned the chat off, talking in public/freind chats (hard to contribute to over 2 chats and do what your doing), maybe they were grinding for the citadel (i would love them if they were doing that). Maybe they're at duel arena (I never speak when I'm dueling too much public going on), maybe their at G.E world 2, or etc.If you really reported them, you may have reported innocent people.

Yes, I think fletching is a great first 99, decently fast, makes profit (in my experience), and in my personal opinion I like the cape and emote. My advice which I'm sure has already been given is to watch movies, tv shows, etc. Another piece of advice is don't worry about profit, worry about loss. As long as your not loosing your good.

99 fletching! My first 99 ever, I'd appreciate it if you put in on the announcements. WOOO first 99 still a big thing to me.
