Yes. I can only do so many derivatives of people in an ouroboros, unfortunately.

Sorry for the DP, but that costs a LOT to travel to the waypoint...  

From a reliable source I got information that the costs depends on how often you use the fast travel option. If you use it several times within a short period of time the cost increases each time you use it.
