im already 98 heading to 99 not even down to 1mil xp to go yet wen i get to 1k shall i stop nd wait at 1k to go til 99

They are usertitles. Depending on whatever post count you have, it will change. So having 25 post count is different to having 250 posts, you will have a different usertitle.

You'll have to ask Traaginen or MstrMonopoly about it; they are the only people that can access that part of the Admin CP. (Unless High Council ACP Powers have been changed O.O).

im stuck between thieving to 99 or agil to 99 since agil is quite rare to get

changing goal to 99 agil im 70 at the minutethen thieving to 9but before i do that doing some money making
