Framerate drop

[Guest Torchlight]

I'm really bothered by the fact that my framerate 30-40 FPS. I only downloaded two mods, Flora overhaul and Verdant grass, only those two. People with worse PC specs than me can run it with 60 FPS but for some reason I can't. I really need help, I tried googling but I just couldn't find it and it's really bothering me.

 

PC specs:

Geforce GTX 970

i7 -6700k

16 GB Ram

Have you tried raising your priority settings by right clicking the task bar and going into task manager? Otherwise I think you can go into options on your Skyrim launcher and tinker with the settings there anyway.
