help Serena is stuck

So I wanted to do a quest involving getting ebony mail but in the quest you have to sacrifice a follower I was doing the dawnguard vampire side so Serena was with me I try to sacrifice her (back then I didn't know certain followers couldn't die) and it glitches my game badly now she's stuck and won't follow or do what I tell her I shouted her off a mountain but she gets back up and goes right back to the tanning rack. She stays somewhat when we have our weapons out please help

What are you playing on?

 

It sounds like your gonna have to load back to a saved game where she isn't stuck or right before the mission. 

 

When I played I sacrificed Uthgerd The UnBroken, But really its your choice.
