Septimus Outpost bug

The door inside the outpost is closed, even thought i unlocked it earlier. The quest tells me to bring the blood to septimus, but i did that a long time ago. Is there any command to help me or do i need to start all over? because i was dumb enough to think it would go away by itself, so i completed alot of quests after this one

If you're talking about the Dwemer puzzle door, it permanently closes if you choose to leave the outpost before picking up the Oghma Infinium.

 

Open the console (assuming you have the PC version) and enter the following command.

setstage DA04 55

That should bypass the "bring the blood" quest objective and your new journal entry will tell you to take the Oghma Infinium. If it doesn't work and you just want to advance the quest, try the next command.

setstage DA04 100

If the Oghma Infinium isn't added after the above, enter the following.

player.additem 0001A332 1
