Lost my beast form , now have a few vampire spells

I was playing and realized I had a few vampire spells . I checked my powers and my beast form is gone. I now have vampire seduction, vampires servant and vampire sight. When I go into towns everyone attacks me for no reason . How do I go back to being a werewolf

You can't be a vampire and werewolf at the same time; acquiring the disease that leads to one cures the other.

 

The only way to become a Werewolf is to do the Companion's quest line. If you complete the quest line and cure yourself, you can become a Werewolf again with help from Aela the Huntress (this requires the Dawnguard DLC). You can only do this once; if you cure it again, you cannot regain lycanthropy with Aela.

I'm not a Vampire or a Werewolf. I completed the Companions questline and gained Lycanthrophy but I cured myself. Whiterun is my favorite city and have completed every quest in Whiterun. I would reccomend to be neither Vampire or Werewolf.
