Everytime I fast travel to river wood, items are laying on the floor, it has included the wabbajack, nightingale armour etc. I now have two wabbajacks and 2 sets of nightingale armour, is this gunna mess up my game? I'm on Xbox, so I have no mods etc

That's very odd. It won't mess up your game itself, but it may indicate some sort of other issue. Duplicate your save file just to be safe, but I wouldn't be too worried. If anything, getting an additional wabbajack and nightingale set is a great bonus. :)
