No quest markers for Lost to the ages

So I found a Aetherium shard and went to Arkgthamz and did all puzzles and crap and found another shard and Katria told me to find the rest but no quest markers show. I searched and searched on google but I couldn't find it. is this a bug or is it meant to have no quest markers?

Make sure you go into your quest log and mark it as your active quest. If that's already the case, then it is unusual.

i always have that problem when getting the Quest to kill an ice wraith for the joining of the Storm-cloaks, so i need to reset the game: save/load. after that its fine. But if that does fail, shut the game down and start it up again. But yeah, check the Dave suggestion first.
