I don t know how to transfer skyrim?

Every time I try to transfer the game to a empty disk I get the same error disk and it won't let me transfer the file steam_api.dll. I have tried changing the administrative settings. Can someone just tell what to do if I have skyrim and Nexus Mod Manager on one disk, but now there is no more room on this disk. What do I do? Thanks.

What is the specific error that you're getting? If there's just no more room on the disc you'll either need to delete something that's unnecessary to save some space or get a disc with a higher capacity.
